MINSK, 15 February (BelTA) – Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavel Utyupin met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Belarus George Saganelidze on 13 February, representatives of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.
The parties discussed topical matters of Belarusian-Georgian relations and the agenda of the bilateral events to be held in the near future. They paid special attention to matters relating to the next session of the Belarusian-Georgian intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation.
Apart from that, the parties noted the intensification of contacts between the ministries of foreign affairs as well as in the field of trade and economic cooperation.
