
MINSK, 25 June (BelTA) - Cuba President Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez has arrived in Belarus on an official visit. The Cuban head of state’s plane landed in Minsk National Airport, BelTA has learned.



The heads of state will discuss items on the global agenda and the regional one as well as Belarus-Cuba interaction on multilateral platforms.





The presidents of Belarus and Cuba are set to hold talks at the Palace of Independence. Aleksandr Lukashenko and Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez will discuss steps meant to further bolster the bilateral dialogue with a focus on advancing cooperation in trade, economy, science, and technology.

The heads of state will discuss items on the global agenda and the regional one as well as Belarus-Cuba interaction on multilateral platforms.

While in Belarus, the Cuban president is expected to visit mechanical engineering enterprises and pharmaceutical ones in addition to taking part in the Eurasian Economic Forum and a session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council.
