Belarus seeks more open, transparent dialogue with NATO

MINSK, 5 March (BelTA) – Belarus would like to have a more open and transparent dialogue with NATO, BelTA learned from Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei on 5 March.
