MINSK, 11 February (BelTA) - Belarus does not feel hostility in the UN; even the unfriendliest countries understand the country’s arguments, Belarus' Permanent Representative to the UN Valentin Rybakov told the media in Minsk on 11 February, BelTA learned.
"The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Belarus to the United Nations fulfills all the tasks. We promote our initiatives and we do it quite successfully. Of course, there is still room for improvement. We do not see or feel any hostility towards us or rejection of our ideas. Representatives of even the unfriendliest states understand our position, understand our arguments. They do not necessarily agree with all of them but they hear us, and those who want to interact with us do it very, very successfully, including delegations of unfriendly states," Ambassador Valentin Rybakov said.
