A unique mechanical batleika (nativity puppet show) has been assembled for Christmas at the Church of Our Lady of the Angels (Franciscan) in Grodno. Assembling the batleika takes a full week and involves two people, both parishioners of the church. The batleika in the Franciscan Church depicts the traditional biblical scene of the birth of Christ.
