The new brand identity for the 35th edition of the International Arts Festival Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk was presented at the festival’s directorate. This year, fans of the festival will discover a new concept and imagery that reach back to its origins. Alongside the familiar cornflower on the logo now sits a boat (ladya). The image references both a historical event recorded in ancient chronicles – Princess Olga arriving by boat to found Vitebsk – and the festival’s own early years, particularly 1992, when posters featured a similar vessel.Pictured: Designer of the signature style Yevgenia Gurchenko
