Minsk played host to the 25th session of the Youth Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States on 9-10 October. The session was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Prior to the session, a flower-laying ceremony was held at Victory Monument.
