GRODNO, 1 February (BelTA) – On 1 February, residents of Grodno witnessed a striking natural phenomenon as a bright halo appeared over the city. A sun halo is a group of atmospheric optical effects that create glowing rings, arcs, or pillars around the Sun or Moon, caused by the refraction and reflection of light in ice crystals in the atmosphere.
