MINSK, 25 September (BelTA) - The Museum of Belarusian Book Printing is one of eleven museums of the National Polotsk Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve. Its exposition is housed in the former building of the Polotsk Epiphany Monastery. The museum opened its doors to visitors on 8 September 1990 during the events to mark the 500th anniversary of the birth of the Belarusian and East Slavic first printer Francysk Skaryna from Polotsk. To this day, it is the only museum of this type in the country.
