The Make Merry festival wrapped
up the Pancake Week in Grodno on a colorful note. The program opened by a
costumed parade. Several hundred participants marched from Dzerzhinskogo Street
to Lenin Square that housed a concert stage for performances of numerous
artists.
Cover bands wrapped up the evening concert program. Pavilions on
Orzeszko Street and Sovietska Street presented each day of Pancake Week, showed
the traditions and customs related to them.
