
MINSK, 19 May (BelTA) – Russia’s Krasnoyarsk Territory is interested in cooperation with Belarus in processing precious metal scraps, Krasnoyarsk Territory Governor Mikhail Kotyukov said as he met with Belarus’ Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Karankevich, BelTA has learned.

“Our enterprise Krastsvetmet is a world leader in jewelry production. The company is currently expanding its operations and is actively branching out into chemical industry. It is ready to offer its engineering services to create a new urea production facility in Grodno [urea workshops in Grodno Azot]. This is a serious large-scale project, we understand that we are competing with other global companies, but we are ready to offer turnkey engineering solutions,” said Mikhail Kotyukov.

Krastsvetmet is interested in cooperation with the Finance Ministry of Belarus in the processing of precious metal scraps. The Russian governor emphasized that Krasnoyarsk specialists have good competencies in this area.
