MINSK, 19 December (BelTA) – Belarus will set up a center for entrepreneurship development, Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin said as he addressed the Belarusian People’s Congress in Minsk on 19 December, BelTA has learned.
“Another key driver for technological development will be the business sector. We will set up a center for entrepreneurship development and make it a chef regulatory body. The financial support instruments of the Development Bank will also be expanded,” Aleksandr Turchin explained.
As a result, the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in gross value added is projected to reach 33%, with an average annual growth in tax revenues of at least 10%.
