Belarus' GDP 4.2% down in January-June

MINSK, 18 July (BelTA) – Belarus' Gross Domestic Product (GDP) dropped by 4.2% in January-June 2022, the National Statistics Committee told BelTA.

According to initial estimates, the GDP amounted to Br87.4 billion in current prices or 95.8% as against January-June 2021 in comparable prices.

In January-June 2022 the GDP deflator index equaled 116.3% year-on-year.
