Belarus’ fixed-capital investments at Br38.8bn in January-September 2025

MINSK, 20 October (BelTA) – In January-October 2025 Belarus’ fixed-capital investments amounted to Br38.8 billion, BelTA learned from the Belarusian National Statistical Committee.

The regional breakdown is the following: Minsk Oblast is in the lead (25.3%) followed by Minsk (21.5%), Brest Oblast (12.7%), Gomel Oblast (13.2%), Grodno Oblast (9.6%), Vitebsk Oblast (9.2%), and Mogilev Oblast (8.6%).

As far as the technological structure of fixed-capital investments is concerned, construction and installation works accounted for 48.9%, machines, equipment, and vehicles – for 37.9%, other kinds of works and costs - 10.9%, intellectual property objects - 2.3%.

The share of state investments in the total fixed-capital investments reached 39.4%, with the share of private investments at 54.4% and foreign investments at 6.2%.
