SAMARKAND, 16 September (BelTA) – Belarus and China have agreed to expand cooperation in transportation and logistics, BelTA learned from the Belarus-China joint declaration on establishing all-weather and all-round strategic partnership.
The two countries have agreed to use Belarus' transit potential by expanding cooperation in transportation and logistics. Projects involving container trains for shipping between China and Europe and between China and Belarus, the development of transboundary automobile and railway corridors have been mentioned.
The two countries will ensure safe and uninterrupted movement of trains between China and Europe, will optimize transshipment, and will increase the effectiveness of customs clearance in key railway ports.
Apart from that, Belarus and China are in favor of expanding the geography and offering more flights between countries.
