MINSK, 23 April (BelTA) – Pursuant to Paragraph 18 of Article 84 and to Article 145 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko appointed Svetlana Lyubetskaya as a judge of the Constitutional Court, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
Svetlana Lyubetskaya has the highest qualification class of the 2nd rank.
