MINSK, 9 October (BelTA) – First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine Petro Symonenko urged Belarusian people to learn from Ukraine's mistakes as he met with Minsk residents and activists of the Communist Party of Belarus, BelTA has learned.
“Do not repeat these mistakes and do not create preconditions,” Petro Symonenko said. People should not die for someone else's mistakes.
The leader of Ukrainian communists stressed that Ukraine is now not only in the middle of the crisis, but also in the middle of a civil war and bloodshed. “Views and values, problems and drawbacks are imposed on us from the outside. Then someone pulls the trigger and our sons die. What for do Ukrainian people kill each other?” the Petro Symonenko asked.
