MINSK, 30 September (BelTA) – The working group for political affairs of the trilateral contact group on Ukraine will meet in Minsk on a weekly basis in October, OSCE special representative in the trilateral contact group on Ukraine Martin Sajdik told media on 29 September, BelTA informs.
The working group for political affairs discussed three issues at its recent meetings. They included a special status for separate territories of Donetsk and Lugansk Oblasts, local elections and amnesty. Following the yesterday's session OSCE coordinator Pierre Morel updated the contact group on the results of the discussions.
According to Pierre Morel, apart from the meetings of the working group there are plans for information sessions with foreign experts on the constitutional reform, local elections and other issues.
