Belarus' parliamentary elections valid

MINSK, 11 September (BelTA) – Polls closed in the elections to the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the sixth convocation at 20.00, BelTA had learned.

The election commissions have started counting the votes. All in all, there were 6,018 polling stations, including 47 abroad.

According to the Central Election Commission, as of 18.00 the turnout stood at 67.66% of the registered voters. No complaints of serious violations have been filed to the Central Election Commission. According to the Interior Ministry, no significant violations of the law and order were registered either.
