MOSCOW, 29 June (BelTA) - Belneftekhim-ROS (the trading company of the Belarusian state petrochemical concern Belneftekhim in Russia) will sign contracts worth $101 million at the 4th Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia in Moscow, BelTA learned from Belneftekhim-ROS Director General Denis Tumash on 29 June.
According to him, the bulk of the contracts provide for the supplies of raw materials (polyester fibers and threads), including those of the Belarusian tire-maker Belshina. Belneftekhim-ROS has signed the largest contract over the last three years worth RUB2.5 billion to supply Mogilevkhimvolokno's polyester to Russia for further processing.
Denis Tumash pointed out that the exhibition features new R&D products, too. For instance, the SvetlogorskKhimvolokno company that makes part of the Belneftekhim concern has exhibited the materials protecting against cell phone radiation. The exhibition also presents new polymers and textiles.
