Belarus PM urges against delaying business promotion efforts

MINSK, 28 April (BelTA) – Ordinance No.7 on entrepreneurship promotion should be implemented in time, Belarus Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov said at the Council of Ministers' meeting held on 28 April to discuss Belarus' social and economic performance in Q1 2018, BelTA informs.

“I would like to emphasize the need for the timely implementation of Ordinance No.7 on entrepreneurship promotion. I have been reported that the drafting of documents is off schedule. It is inadmissible,” Andrei Kobyakov said.

The head of government asked the economy minister to report on the progress made in the implementation of Ordinance No.7 in conjunction with the key tasks set before the regions. “I would like you to pay close attention to the efforts to create new jobs. According to the preliminary estimates, the Q1 targets will be reached. The emphasis should be on high-performance jobs and also the needs of the regions given the tense situation on the labor market,” the PM said.
