Lukashenko: Lithuanians used air balloons to smuggle cigarettes from Belarus’ territory

Lithuanians were the ones using weather balloons to smuggle cigarettes from Belarus’ territory. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko made the statement while talking to reporters on 31 October.
