MINSK, 20 May (BelTA) - The International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation (IWWF) has lifted restrictions from Belarusian athletes, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Sports Ministry.
In accordance with recommendations of the International Olympic Committee, the IWWF decided to allow Belarusian athletes to participate in all international competitions under the national flag starting from 1 June 2026.

Previously, Belarusian athletes had competed in international events under neutral status for more than four years. At the beginning of 2026, the federation allowed junior athletes to compete under national symbols, and in spring a similar decision was made regarding adult athletes.
