
GRODNO, 5 April (BelTA) – The bronze medal match of the Republican Hockey League (RHL) is underway in Grodno, BelTA has learned.
The teams of Grodno Oblast and Mogilev Oblast met in the city on the Neman River. A spectacular showdown unfolded on the ice from the very first minutes, delighting the fans, both adults and children.

Valentin Puchek and his grandson came to support the Grodno Oblast team. “We have come to root for our guys. We love and respect hockey. After my grandson's training session, we stayed to watch and cheer,” the man said. His grandson David said that he dreamed of becoming a goalie. “It's very interesting to watch the puck. Hockey is a very active game. I want to become like McDavid,” the boy said.
The entire Voishel family came to the Ice Arena today. “We wish victory to our Grodno Oblast team. Today, my son's coach, Oleg Filippov, is playing. We are rooting for him,” said Dmitry Voishel. His son Anton, who has been playing hockey for the second year, added: “I like this sport because it is manly and demands a lot of skill. I think I am doing well.”
