MINSK, 14 September (BelTA) – The final stage of the 2022 Russian Open Shooting Cup continues at Lisya Nora (Fox Lodge), a shooting range in Dmitrov District, Moscow Oblast. Belarusian athletes are taking part in it, BelTA has learned.
The Belarusian team won two awards on the second day of the competition. Belarus' Uladzislava Pranko got into the finals of the air rifle shooting event only to yield to Russia's Anastasia Muravyova. Belarus' Yan Chygileichyk won a silver medal in the same event. It was the second set of medals for the Belarusian shooters: both of them had won medals in mixed pairs the day before.
Over 400 athletes from Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Israel are taking part in the finals. Belarus is represented by the country's top 25 shooters, including 11 junior ones.
