MINSK, 13 March (BelTA) – Belarus’ Iana Lebedeva won gold at the second stage of the FIG World Cup 2026 in Alkmaar, the Netherlands, BelTA has learned.
The leader of the Belarusian women’s team achieved victories at all stages of the competition in individual jumps, never scoring below 58 points. The day before, Iana Lebedeva was best in qualification (58.280 points), and on 13 March she won the semifinal (58.440) and took first place in the final (58.510). Silver and bronze went to Russia’s Angela Bladtseva (57.000) and China’s Fan Xinyi (56.880) respectively.
Belarus’ Zlata Miniakhmetava rounded out the top eight, while Viyaleta Bardzilouskaya finished 11th in the semifinal. At the first stage of the FIG World Cup 2026, held in February in Baku, Iana Lebedeva was also the best in the individual competition. Last year, the St. Petersburg native became a three-time champion of the 3rd CIS Games.
