Belarus’ Karaliova, Machakhina take silver, bronze at ski sprint in Russia’s Yakutia

MINSK, 31 October (BelTA) – Belarusian skiers Hanna Karaliova and Hanna Machakhina have won medals at the international skiing competition Seligdar Cup in Aldan, the press service of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Belarus told BelTA.

The Belarusian athletes reached the podium in the classic sprint events. Karaliova took silver, with Machakhina earning bronze. The win went to Lidia Gorbunova of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Athletes from Belarus, Russia, and Kazakhstan took part in the first tournament of the 2025/26 season.
