
MOSCOW, 20 September (BelTA) – Vietnam’s Duc Phuc has been announced winner of the Intervision 2025 Song Contest. Belarus placed sixth, BelTA has learned.
The Vietnamese performer scored 422 points. Second place with 373 points went to Kyrgyzstan’s trio NOMAD. Qatar's Dana Al Meer came in third place with 369 points, followed by Colombia's Nidia Gongora, who scored 347 points. Tajikistan's Farrukh Hasanov took fifth place with 344 points.

Belarus placed sixth with 341 points. Belarus was represented by young artist Anastasia Kravchenko. In the final, she performed the song "Motylek" (Butterfly). She wrote the lyrics for it herself.

Belarus received top marks from the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Uzbekistan, and Colombia. Vietnam and Serbia ranked Belarus second, while Qatar placed it third.
A total of 23 countries participated in the contest, including Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Brazil, the United States, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, China, Vietnam, Kenya, South Africa, and others.
The winner was determined through a vote by an international professional jury composed of recognized music experts from each participating country.
