Wheel of Time, children's drawings exhibitions open at Vytoki festival in Kobrin

MINSK, 11 June (BelTA) – The Wheel of Time and children's drawings exhibitions have opened as part of the Vytoki festival in Kobrin, BelTA learned from the press service of the National Olympic Committee of Belarus.

The Vytoki cultural and sport festival kicked off in Kobrin with an excursion program and a round table on “Promotion of historical and cultural heritage” in the Suvorov Military and Historical Museum.

The Wheel of Time exhibition opened in the city on 10 June. Many art lovers came to the Kobrin Palace of Culture to see the works of Belarusian artists. There were many young people among the visitors. “For Kobrin it is a unique opportunity within the framework of the festival to get familiar with the paintings of national artists. A special place has been given to the children's drawings contest, with the best works displayed at the exhibition. For them it is a step toward the Olympus,” the organizers said.

The first day of the festival in Kobrin wrapped up with Valery Shmat's organ music concert.

On 11 June, the Vytoki festival will continue with an educational seminar on promotion of creative and innovative projects (11.00) and cultural and economic program “Capital of the Place” (14.30, Kobrin Creamery, 128 Sovetskaya Street). The participants will discuss the development and promotion of national and regional brands.
