The first ever international beauty contest Miss BRICS 2026 took place in Kazan, Russia on 1-8 March. The main mission was to show beauty as a cultural code and human potential capable of uniting countries, generations, and meanings. Miss BRICS 2026 brought together 17 participating countries: Russia, Belarus, Brazil, India, China, South Africa, the UAE, Indonesia, Cuba, Bolivia, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Uganda, Thailand, Nigeria, and Vietnam. The event combined three categories in one competition: Little Miss, Miss, and Mrs. The main difference between Miss BRICS 2026 and other beauty contests was the philosophy of the event. The organizers focused not on external competition, but on inner beauty, friendship between countries, and cultural exchange. The unique “three-in-one” format allowed showing that women are beautiful at any age. Apart from that, the organizers decided not to hold a swimsuit parade out of respect for Ramadan, which emphasizes the high level of culture and mutual respect between participants from different countries.
