MINSK, 29 May (BelTA) - Hungary and Belarus are expanding areas of cooperation, Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Peter Szijjarto at a meeting with Belarusian counterpart Sergei Aleinik in Minsk on 29 May, BelTA has learned.
"Please accept my congratulations on your first cosmonaut," said the Hungarian guest. "I saw the billboards with her image in the streets."
"Hungary also has plans to train another astronaut. Literally in the near future we expect to start a new round of cooperation in space matters," Peter Szijjarto stressed.
Sergei Aleinik said that this may be another area of cooperation for Belarus and Hungary.
