MINSK, 18 March (BelTA) – The format of an open, trustful dialogue with the president is important. Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maxim Ryzhenkov made the statement on the air of the TV channel Belarus One after delivering a report to Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko earlier on 18 March, BelTA has learned.
Maxim Ryzhenkov shared key moments of the meeting and spoke in detail about some of the topics, which had been discussed. “On the whole, any executive in our country should compare notes with the head of state from time to time. Because there are many ideas, many instructions. One has to report how everything is being fulfilled. One has to present some fresh ideas regarding the realization of various plans and suggest some things,” the minister stressed.
“And certainly such a format of an open and trustful one-on-one dialogue with the head of state is important,” Maxim Ryzhenkov noted. “And I am very grateful to the president for finding an opportunity to discuss matters of this kind with me, with the minister of foreign affairs in this case.”
