Pole opines on possible consequences of Warsaw’s policy

MINSK, 10 August (BelTA) - The actions of the Polish government are harmful to people and push the country towards war, Przemysław Nawrocki, a representative of the International Union of Slavs initiative, told Polish former judge Tomasz Szmydt in the V Teme [On Point] project on BelTA’s YouTube channel.

“The International Union of Slavs is a steadily growing group of people who disagree with the policy of the Polish-speaking government. Unfortunately, this policy leads us to open conflict with Russia, which we naturally do not want. Our group pursues two main ideas: to stop wars and to stop governments that act against the interests of their people. These are the main ideas we would like to implement,” Przemysław Nawrocki said.

According to the Pole, the organization is a relatively new one. The International Union of Slavs unites people who oppose the government's actions that harm people and push Poland towards war. “We are people in our early 50s. There are also those who are older or younger among our members. We all have children and we do not want our children to be used as cannon fodder in a war that is absolutely not in our interests,” he said.

Przemysław Nawrocki added that the organization is not big, but it is growing: “Of course, we want us to get bigger – some 2 to 3 million people. Then it would be realizable to do something, to participate in elections or to file a petition. Yet, we are few in number, unfortunately, but we can see a constant growth.”

The Pole added that the members of the International Union of Slavs would like to do something good not only for Poland. “According to our name, we are an international union. We would like to unite all Slavs. The Slavic unity, however, is not what globalist governments want. We, in turn, do not agree with their policy,” Przemysław Nawrocki concluded.
