
MINSK, 25 February (BelTA) – The Central Election Commission did not restrict international observers in any way. Every one of them could choose a polling station to visit independently, BelTA learned from Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Belarus Igor Karpenko at a press conference in the CEC information center.
Igor Karpenko said: “We did not restrict them. Everyone could independently choose and visit the polling stations they wanted to visit. We also organized everything for those, who requested trips to the regions. Including transportation and local guides.”
