MINSK, 12 December (BelTA) - Delegates to the Belarusian People's Congress from the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus (FTUB), which is a civil society entity, to replace those who stepped down were elected during the FTUB 11th Extraordinary Congress in Minsk on 12 December, BelTA has learned.
The delegates elected from the FTUB are Chairman of the Board of the National Bank Roman Golovchenko and Head of the Belarus President Administration Dmitry Krutoi.



In accordance with the law, 80 delegates to the Belarusian People's Congress were elected at the 9th Extraordinary Congress of the FTUB in April 2024. Following the first session of the 7th Belarusian People's Congress, the mandates of two delegates were terminated early on the grounds stipulated in Article 39 of the Law on the Belarusian People's Congress. One delegate was from Mogilev Oblast and one from the city of Minsk.
