MINSK, 20 June (BelTA) – Opponents of U.S. President Donald Trump are looking for a reason to impeach him or block any initiatives of his, Russian political scientist and orientalist Karine Gevorgyan said in the latest episode of the V Teme [On Point] project on BelTA's YouTube channel.
“There are indirect and direct indicators that Trump does not control his security agencies. Watch the video by Tulsi Gabbard [director of the U.S. National Intelligence]. It's a cry of despair. This shows that the organization acts on its own, against the will of its director. The same can be said about the Department of State and the Pentagon, Karine Gevorgyan said.
She also noted that attempts are actively being made to draw Donald Trump into the conflict between Israel and Iran. The United States has a lot of domestic problems, which will make it possible for Trump’s opponents to prepare the ground for his impeachment or blocking any of his initiatives.
