MINSK, 2 December (BelTA) – Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Karankevich met with professors and students of the Belarusian National Technical University on 2 December, BelTA has learned.
"Our meeting is taking place ahead of the most important social and political event, the presidential election, which will be held on 26 January 2025. I would like you to make a responsible and well-informed choice, as the future of the country depends on it. Students are our future. You will build on our current economic achievements. Belarus has a lot of them. We can be proud of it," Viktor Karankevich emphasized.
He pointed out that the sustainable development of the country depends not only on the measures taken by the state, but also on the efficiency of every worker. "Very soon you will graduate from the university and start working. The further development of our country and the creation of more comfortable living conditions will depend on how responsibly and qualitatively you will fulfill your duties. The state has created all conditions for you to get a good education, be successful and unlock your potential at work. The rest depends on your responsible attitude and quality fulfillment of tasks," Viktor Karankevich said.
