MINSK, 25 January (BelTA) – A comprehensive campaign to test the combat readiness and the mobilization readiness of Belarus' Armed Forces has been launched, representatives of the Belarusian Defense Ministry told BelTA.
The main purpose of the event is to check and raise the level of combat readiness and mobilization readiness of army units and their ability to carry out assigned missions.
The troops will have to perform actions virtually in all the exercise areas of the army in addition to some other locations. Taking into account the peculiarity of these missions, the troops will have to act in different conditions: they will have to move across water obstacles, carry out combat training missions by day and by night in forests and in populated localities.
The test campaign is supposed to end with mastery tests and tactical exercises with live fire.
