MOSCOW, 30 March (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Dmitry Krutoi laid flowers outside the concert hall Crocus City Hall where a terrorist attack took place on 22 March, BelTA has learned.
According to the press service of the Belarusian embassy, Dmitry Krutoi and other heads of diplomatic missions, which are accredited to Moscow, laid flowers at a spontaneous memorial outside the concert hall Crocus City Hal in Krasnogorsk, Moscow Oblast.
The ceremony took place on the ninth day after the tragedy. Representatives of the USA, countries of the European Union, Africa, Latin America, and international organizations took part in it.
According to the latest data, 144 people died as a result of the terrorist attack, including three Belarusian citizens.
