Belarus’ PM arrives in Qatar on official visit 

MINSK, 22 February (BelTA) - Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko arrived in Qatar on an official visit, BelTA has learned.

The prime minister is set to meet with Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani. The visit's program also includes a number of other meetings with the country's leadership.
Roman Golovchenko paid an official visit to Uganda on 20-21 February. He held talks with President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni of Uganda and Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja of Uganda. A number of cooperation documents were also signed.

Roman Golovchenko's official visits to Uganda and Qatar are part of the government's consistent efforts to promote cooperation with distant countries. In 2024, the prime minister visited Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, Oman and Pakistan.
