MINSK, 12 March (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed the law “On the ratification of the agreement on cooperation for the exchange of information in the enforcement of judicial decisions, acts of other authorized bodies and officials”, BelTA learned from the press service of the head of state.
This international document establishes the procedure for the exchange of information between the enforcement bodies of the CIS member states and the scope of such information. This concerns enforcement proceedings, the financial status and place of employment of a debtor, the location of their property and other information.
The agreement will contribute to deepening cooperation and increasing the efficiency of enforcement proceedings.
