MINSK, 15 January (BelTA) – As he was receiving a report on approving the state investment program for the year 2025, Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko responded to ill-wishers, who focus on his health, BelTA has learned.
Once again the head of state reminded all those present about performance discipline and the need to thoroughly polish all the decisions from the point of view of interests of the country and efficiency for the economy.
The president told participants of the meeting and all the civil servants they represent: “If you want to work, then work. If you don’t want to work, say so. Young guys of an average level, who want to work, have grown up. They don’t try to send pro forma answers to the president. And it turns out that only the self-exiled opposition and the rest wait for the president to drop dead. They say: ‘He is about to die, his voice is not the same, he has trouble speaking’. Don’t hold your breath. While others stay quietly and think it will blow over. Guys, it won’t blow over.”
