MINSK, 3 September (BelTA) – Belarus President has extended greetings to San Marino Captains Regents Marco Nicolini and Gian Carlo Venturini as the country celebrates San Marino Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“San Marino, as the European oldest country, understands well the importance and complexity of preserving its state, defending its interests and resisting external pressure. I am convinced that our nations have something to share with each other not only in terms of protection of identity and independence but also in terms of implementation of joint economic and humanitarian projects," the message of greetings runs.
The head of state wished the captains regents good health and success in all their undertakings as well as peace and further progress to the citizens of San Marino.
