MINSK, 22 September (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko sent birthday greetings to President Serdar Berdimuhamedow of Turkmenistan, BelTA learned from the press service of the head of state.
“Please accept my sincere wishes for good health and successful implementation of all plans at the highest state post. I wish happiness, peace, prosperity and well-being to you and your loved ones,” the congratulatory message reads.
