MINSK, 2 December (BelTA) – In an interview with Dmitry Kiselyov, Director General of the Russian state news agency MIA Rossiya Segodnya, Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko said that his biggest achievement as the president is building a sovereign Belarusian state, BelTA has learned.
“For the first time in our history, I am saying it as a historian, we have built our own sovereign and independent state, which is valued by the overwhelming majority, in fact, by 100% of people, though some value it in their own way, like nationalists who account for 10%-12% of the population, as well as other people. The independent sovereign state is a great asset,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
