MINSK, 22 January (BelTA) – As a founding member of the Board of Peace, Belarus is ready to play an active role in shaping a new security architecture, the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Affairs Ministry told BelTA.
“As a founding member of the Board of Peace, Belarus is prepared to take an active role in shaping a new architecture of global and regional security based on the principles of mutual respect and the unconditional consideration of the national interests of the member states of this association,” the ministry said.
“The Belarusian side sincerely supports any diplomatic efforts aimed at achieving peace and harmony through dialogue, ensuring progressive and sustainable economic development, and fostering mutually beneficial cooperation,” the MFA noted.
