MINSK, 16 January (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Kazakhstan Aleksei Bogdanov met with member of the Mäjilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Pavel Kazantsev, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“During the meeting, the parties discussed matters of developing Belarusian-Kazakh cooperation, as well as the domestic and foreign policies of the two countries. In addition, the interaction between the parliaments of Belarus and Kazakhstan was addressed,” the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus reads.
The parties noted the friendly nature of Belarusian-Kazakh relations. The Belarusian ambassador and the representative of the Kazakh parliament drew attention to the significant existing potential for further enhancing political, economic and humanitarian cooperation and bilateral trade.
