MINSK, 21 February (BelTA) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Brazil Andrei Andrejev met with Chief Advisor to the President of Brazil for Foreign Policy Celso Luiz Nunes Amorim at the Palácio do Planalto (the working residence of the President of Brazil), BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Brazil.
During the negotiations, the parties had an in-depth exchange of views regarding the current dynamics of the international situation.
Special consideration was given to the substantive proposals put forward by the Belarusian side to give a quality boost to bilateral cooperation in politics, trade and economy.
Following the negotiations, the parties noted the importance of strengthening bilateral dialogue, ensuring sustainable growth in trade turnover, and implementing joint projects in areas that are priorities for both countries.
