MINSK, 18 March (BelTA) – Belarus is exploring the possibility of taking part in the infrastructure development of Equatorial Guinea’s new capital. This was discussed during a meeting between Chargé d’Affaires of Belarus in Equatorial Guinea Vladislav Zhur and Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Diaspora of Equatorial Guinea Simeón Oyono Esono Angüe, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Affairs Ministry.
“The parties discussed the state of bilateral relations and concrete steps to intensify cooperation in 2026, including the potential involvement of Belarusian enterprises in infrastructure projects in Ciudad de la Paz, the country’s new capital,” the ministry said.
