MINSK, 18 March (BelTA) – Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will visit Belarus in the coming months, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Republic of Belarus Muhemmed Aejaz said in an interview with BelTA.
“The leaders of our countries have built friendly relations and see eye to eye with each other, which is confirmed by regular visits and meetings at the highest level. In November 2024, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko paid an official visit to Islamabad. He met with the leaders of Pakistan and signed important bilateral documents,” the diplomat noted.
The ambassador emphasized that Shehbaz Sharif will pay a return visit to Belarus. “I can say that his visit to Minsk is scheduled for the coming months,” the diplomat noted.
